We ship as standard throughout Western Europe, United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong and Japan. However, we are happy to discuss special delivery if you are outside of these areas and your country does not appear on the non-sanctioned countries list.
All rings are shipped in discreet brown paper covered packages with no external tell-tale branding. We only ever ship with a signature required service, to ensure your ring’s safe arrival. It is our policy to send rings direct to the billing address on the purchasing card, rather than to an alternative address.
Please allow 5 working days for UK orders. International orders are generally received in 7-14 working days.
We are unable to ship to the following countries:
• Democratic Republic of Congo
• Federal Republic of Yugoslavia & Serbia
• International Criminal Tribunal for The Former Yugoslavia
• Ivory Coast (Côte d’Ivoire)
• North Korea
• Republic of Guinea
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. If you do wish to return a ring, please call us immediately to notify us that the ring is on it’s way back. Always use a recorded mail/courier service so you are insured. Once we have the ring back in the same condition as sent, we will issue a credit note, which can be exchanged for anything in the store, at any time.
